Sending test scores

I did well on my Math on the October SAT but did better in CR&W (worse on Math) on the November SAT.

Sum of the best scores from each section from both testing dates is an 80 point difference. Should I send the November scores?

For three of my colleges I listed Nov as a second testing date but hadn't sent in the scores, because I hadn't received them. Am I required to send them now that they are available?

For my top choice college I didn't list November as a second testing date because I didn't think I'd improve at all. Am I allowed to send the scores anyway?

Most colleges ‘super score’ SAT. They will take best sub scores. Find out if the colleges you are applying to does then send all scores.

Should I send my November scores even though my Math is lower? (by 30 points)

And am I allowed to send the November scores even if I didn’t list “Nov 2011” in the Academic section of the Common App?

For 3 of my schools I listed having taken the Nov 2011 SAT but for 1 school I did not. If I listed Nov 2011 on 3 of the schools, I am required to send the Nov scores?
