Few questions regarding sending ACT, SAT, and SAT II scores to colleges.

So for universities such as Stanford that require all tests to be sent, does that mean every single test from across SAT, ACT, and SAT II? Say I took an ACT test once but was displeased with my score, so I decided to take the SAT twice and the subject tests as well. Do I have to just send all my SAT sittings, or all my ACTs as well?

Are there any colleges that require all sittings of a certain test to be sent, but not separate tests? So using the previous example, I would be required to send all SAT scores but not ACT?

If I send in SAT II subject tests, do I have to send in SAT I scores as well? Say I took ACT and SAT I but did much better on the ACT. I also took SAT II subjects and did well. Must I send in the SAT I took, even if I want to send just SAT II and ACT?

I think I may recall some place on collegeboard that had a chart for the standardized test policies of the top colleges, but I can't find it again. Can anyone link me a place where I can find these answers?
