Sending test scores

Hi,
So I took the ACT and the SAT twice now in June, September and October. I just got my September ACT scores back and I had the same composite but my science sent up while my reading and writing went down. I don't have my SAT scores from October yet, and they come out the 28th. The first time I took them I didn't do too well, so I'm a little worried about sending them out to colleges. I hoping that the October scores will end up better than the June ones but I have no idea if they will or not. Unfortunately, the November deadline for schools is coming up fast and in order to get a discount for SAT score reports, I need to send out my scores by the 20th.

Would it be better to send out all the SAT/ACT scores I have and hope they improve form the first time for the colleges to superstore? Say I my total score for the SAT the second time was worse than the first, but I improved in a section so that the super score of the two would be higher than the first….. Is it be better to have a higher super scored score from 2 tests than just a score from one test and not letting college admissions see the lower score?

And what about the ACT? I did better in ACT math than SAT math but my ACT i think is higher in general? Please help. I'm dying.
