Im taking the SAT in Jan. My question is should I send my previous scores to all universities now and send my jan score when avail? Or should I just send them all with the jan score? Sending them first and then again will cost double the $$$. So if I send them all when my jan score is available, will they get all the scores in time? Is it an issue?

Depends on individual college policies. But I think it’s generally advisable to send your previous scores now. You want them to have a complete application in their hands from now. This holds true even if you expect to raise your score considerably.

Depends on the school, OP. MIT allows Score choice AND accepts Jan scores. Stanford doesn’t deploy Score choice, so you’re supposed to send all of your scores.
And I concur with Trenchlord.
