Just wondering. If i ED to Penn, will they be able to see my first semester grades for 12th grade? I thik ED deadline is like November 1st or something, and my first semester grades come out Nov 29...so do you think if i send them that Penn will be able to see it?

Alsoooo, if i take an SAT Subject test Nov 5, can i i still send Penn my score even though it will be after the deadline?

[Penn Admissions: Required Tests](http://www.admissionsug.upenn.edu/applying/testing.php)

Which Test?
Penn requires first-year applicants to take the SAT Reasoning Test and two SAT Subject Tests in different subjects OR the ACT Plus Writing. No preference is given to either test. However, Penn requires that applicants submit all testing results from each administration of the ACT, SAT, and SAT Subject Tests. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that official score reports are released and submitted to the University of Pennsylvania for all tests taken.

Early Decision candidates should take these examinations during the junior year, but certainly no later than November of the senior year.

i knowww, i will send Penn my SAT Reasoning test score but i’m taking the SAT subject tests on November 5. The ED deadline is Nov 1, so if i take the Subjects tests Nov 5th and send it to them afterwards, will they still accept it with my application?

and what about 1st semester senior year grades?? will they see that if i send it later on?

This seems to cover all tests (subject too).

I believe the common app actually gets the grades…if they aren’t available, they will get progress report or judge you on what your Junior grades are and what you say you are doing in Senior year. Around here actually grades don’t come out until January for previous semester. They can also pull your admission if your grades don’t meet the requirements.

You have to rush-report November test scores.

Wildreams: Contact your admissions officer and ask. Then you know for sure.

You can email or call. If you really want to go to Penn, knowing your admission officer is a good thing. Just make sure you are polite and professional. Never hurts to write out what you are going to say before you call.

thanks capenn15! i emailed my admissions officer. Waiting for his reply.
