<p>You send it to the undergraduate admissions office of that college in most cases, but you should check each of the schools’s websites if they specify a particular address.
Also, some schools don’t want your transcript until only after you get accepted and matriculate, despite what the common app says, so make sure to research that too! Hope this helps!</p>
