I am a little confused. My daughter took a college level summer class at UCLA this past June. Do I send transcripts to all the UCs since it was at UCLA? Or is it in their system? Or do I send it to everyone BUT UCLA since it was there.
Also for things like the ACT and SAT subject tests, I send those scores to every single UC she applies to, right? Not just a common UC database?
SAT and/or ACT scores need to be sent only to one campus and they will be shared by all UC campuses.
Regarding college transcripts:
Admitted freshman applicants
You must arrange to have an official, final high school transcript (showing your date of graduation) and any college/university official transcripts sent to the campus where you plan to enroll. Unless a campus requests it, do not send a sixth- or seventh-semester transcript.
