sending transcript through docufide

<p>I need to send my transcript to colleges using docufide because my counselor can't send it. But when I tried sending it to common apps this message comes up:
"Your Counselor has not registered with the Common Application to submit forms online or has not yet started your Secondary School Report, and therefore you cannot request the transcript be delivered to the Common Application at this time. This transcript will be delivered directly to the college, or you can cancel the request and ask your Counselor to register with the Common Application or begin your Secondary School Report."</p>

<p>my counselor already submitted the school report and everything so i don't know why its saying that..im confused! helpp please</p>

<p>I am having the same problem. I sent one out to the first commapp college on my list and it went through perfectly. When I went to add my next school it came up with that same question.</p>
