Sending Transcripts and Scores

Do I send in my ACT/SAT scores and transcript now or only if I am offered admission? I’ve seen a couple places that say you only report these items on your app and submit later, but just wanted to confirm.

You send your ACT and/or SAT scores now. Transcripts are sent after you are accepted and decide to enroll.
