Sending transcripts for distance courses

with apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere:

How does Caltech prefer to recieve record of courses being completed through online programs? I'm taking CTY's AP Bio course and EPGY's introductory mechanics course right now, but haven't completed either. It might be possible to get something official-looking sent from each program. However, this wouldn't reflect as much work/time as possible, and I do have readily available unofficial reports from each course.

CTY says that a progress report will be sent home "soon after the midterm [due Dec. 16th] is graded." Given the timing, I'm more inclined to plan on printing out the (unofficial) grade-chart on the website in case the progress report doesn't come in time. Would Caltech accept this?

EPGY says that "The progress report generated on the Student Pages is the best, yet unofficial, record of your work." Regarding getting credit: "If you need to supply some kind of record to your school, try to get them to accept the Progress Report (it contains a detailed account of your work)." Again, would the unofficial report be okay?

Thanks so much for any information!

Yep. This will be just fine, and the same goes for EPGY.

Wow - thanks so much for the quick response, Ben!

Just happened to wake up when you made your post, I guess :)
