I went to a public HS and graduated there, but the application says send transcript from all schools you attended. I am planning on taking a colelge course at the local community college in the spring of this year, what do I do about sending that transcript? I won't even have a grade untill the end of the school year..

It seems like you can choose whether or not to send this transcript since you won't have a grade for the class. If the class is related to what you want to do in school (either in the same field as your intended major, or something you took as preparation for college work), then I would send it just because it's proof that you are actually enrolled in the course. If you don't feel that being enrolled in the class adds to your appeal as an applicant, then sending this transcript is largely optional.

If the college gives out free transcripts (many schools charge a fee for each), then I'd just send it because it's easy to do.
