I am really confused about the school transcripts. I know the UCs don't look at the transcripts unless they specifically request it but the commonapp doesn't have room for your classes and grades.

So my school needs to send my official transcripts to any privates and out of state by the deadline. Correct? Do I need to provide them envelopes and stamps because they are already charging $2 for each transcripts? Should I write all the deadlines down for each school?

btw, a separate counselor is in charge of transcripts and mid-year reports since my school has 600+ seniors. But I am not sure whether the counselor in charge of transcripts gives the transcripts to my actual counselor to be sent.

I just want to make sure everything is in order... Worrying takes a lot of energy.

, to the rest, yes you have to.

depends on your school policy (meaning whether the $2 includes the envelope and stamps), but doing so will make their jobs easier.

ask then. :) better to know what's going on.

The $2 is for s&h costs, so you dont need to supply those materials.
