<p>At your earliest convenience, so yes it would have been best to send it before the deadline.</p>
<p>But seeing as USC use the common app, your GC should have uploaded your transcript with your secondary school report and sent that along it’s way.</p>
<p>If not, then transcripts can still come in later as you’re not completely in control of them being sent in the first place.</p>
