Generally, do colleges (for Regular Decision) want transcripts sent before/by the deadline or do they want transcripts sent after 12th grade fall semester grades are available (My fall semester ends in late January)? I’m aware that Stanford wants transcripts after fall semester grades, but schools such as Columbia, Harvard, UPenn, and Princeton don’t specify. Thanks!
