Okay so the thing is that I sent a score report listing all my scores in October 2010, in order to take advantage of the free score reports.

BUT i plan to take the SAT again December (last date) and was wondering would I have to send that score again by sending another score report to the colleges? Or would that score be automatically added in?

Because if I send in another score report would that be redundant, since the colleges are receiving my scores twice?

If you take the December test you have to report it if you want the colleges to receive it. The “free score reports” I don’t suppose were the reports you were given when you registered for the December test was it? If not, then yeah you will need to report your scores again.

So if you want, you can choose to only report your new December scores so the colleges don’t get a redundant report of all your old scores again but it really doesn’t matter. The colleges won’t penalize you for send redundant scores it’s perfectly alright. Actually the collegeboard warns you if you try to omit any scores to colleges who request all SAT scores.

So the short answer is that yes, you must resend you scores if you want the colleges to see your December scores. And no it’s not problem if the colleges receive your older scores twice.

okay thanks you answered my question completely!

i was afraid that sending a score report again would be not following the “directions”
Yeah schools I’m applying to the UCs so they don’t allow score choice, so that means I will have to send all my scores.

Oh one more question. Will I have to check the box that says send my scores to colleges on the day of the test? Or will I have enough time to receive the scores online and then send a score report? Or should I just send the free December Score Reports I have right now… since that would encompass both the old scores and the future December scores?
