Sending updated scores to colleges after submitting application?

<p>I am quite satisfied with my SAT/ACT scores as of now, but I signed up to take the test in December in hopes of pushing my writing to above 750 and bumping up my math score a tad. </p>

<p>If I apply regular decision to schools now with my current score, and I ultimately end up improving my score in Dec., can I send my updated score? Or should I just wait and see what happens before applying? </p>

<p>For schools that want all scores or do superscore, you probably should make use of the free score reports. Actually, even a slightly drop in score would not hurt and you should maximize the use of free score reports. I think for most RD, your December score would be considered even if you request the report after seeing the scores.</p>
