Sending Updates to Colleges

<p>I'm planning on sending an update email my prospective colleges, updating them with what I've done of note since application time, and generally reaffirming my interest. What email should I direct this to? Many colleges list an address for "questions regarding admission", but I don't really fall under that.</p>

<p>Also, some schools provide the emails of regional admissions officers. If I have this information, would it be better to send it to them?</p>

<p>If you have not already established a contact at a school, it seems the admissions officer who handles your state or region would be the best bet.</p>
