Senior Classes

-Honors Calc
-AP Government
-German 4
-Religion, required

Now I can't decide between AP English or Honors World Literature. The teacher for AP apparently is insane but you learn a lot (don't really wanna deal with an insane teacher for a year where grades aren't as important). But World Literature is a stupid class and isn't really honors, just a class for kids who don't wanna deal with the crazy teacher

And for science, I can take no science and take AP Psych, which isn't classes as a science at our school, or take AP Environmental science, or take AP chem and get like a 1 or 2 on the exam. So would a college see psych and not credit it as a science... and if they don't see it as science then is environmental any better? or is chem worth it to take

PRETTY MUCH WHAT IM ASKING IS IF THERE IS A POINT TO TAKING AP'S IF THE CLASS IS GONNA SUCK JUST BECAUSE I WANNA SHOW OFF THAT I HAD MORE AP'S

I would take AP Lit because you stated yourself that you’ll learn, and maybe you’ll come to like the teacher as well?

AP Psych / Enviro all the way. AP Chem just to get a 1 or 2 isn’t worth it.

Help me?

K, but since our school doesn’t class it as a “Science” does that hurt me?

There’s no point in failing AP Chem just to “look better” to colleges. Remember you’re picking from AP classes. It’s just a case of apples and oranges.

If you feel like AP Chem will harm your GPA too much then go for the middle road and take Environ (assuming it’s a science, my school doesn’t offer it).

I decided I’m taking Environmental, and possibly AP English but I’m unsure as of now.
