Senior course change

I want to drop an elective social studies class that I don't need, as I already have 4 years worth of credits in social studies. On the uw website it says that dropping an elective is ok, but just wondering if anyone has experience/insight on possibility of revocation? I am in state and was accepted with very high act/gpa

Why would you want to drop a course? There’s likely a lot to learn which will add to your knowledge base. Do you feel bored with the class or need the time for keeping up with your other classes? These are questions to ask yourself. If the course is extremely boring go ahead and drop it. If you are struggling with time management figure out your priorities and base your decision on what needs to be taken away from your busy schedule. I wouldn’t worry about the college place.
