At what point is the senior course load rigorous enough that Harvard is alright with it?

So far my senior schedule is
AP Spanish
AP Computer Science
AP Calculus 2
AP Statistics
AP Physics C
CIS (college in the schools) University Writing

Is this a schedule with diverse enough classes? Will they look down on me for this or is this a sufficient schedule for a harvard application?

My second semester schedule has AP Spanish, AP Computer Science, Ap Calculus 2, Ap Physics C, AP Statistics, Atlantic Meditteranean World history, and psychology through literature. Please tell me if you think is is rigorous and diverse enough to be looked at well by the admission committee?
