<p>Has anybody gotten news about decisions yet? I know it's only 5:30 PST, but I'm pretty nervous that I haven't gotten anything yet.</p>
<p>I just got the email. I didn’t get in. It’s unbelievably disappointing, since I was starting to get really attached to Harvey Mudd.</p>

<p>Don’t be discouraged. My daughter did not get into the FAST program last year but was admitted for the class of 2014! She too was very disappointed and thought that may be a sign to her admit chances…but she was wrong. I personally believe they are looking for a very small group of individuals to attract for that program.</p>
<p>Another thing to keep in mind, if you live in California you could have had little less chance. Since FAST is 100% free, Mudd might have wanted to invite more non-CA kids to this, for whom travel expenses is a big issue. I live 20 minutes away from Mudd, so I can always drive over for an overnight stay another time. Not too disappointed there now ;)</p>
