Senior Grades for EA

Hello CC MIT people!

I just got my senior grades for the first quarter and they are best I've ever had. I was wondering if MIT would look at them (in time) for EA or if it doesn't matter. I do know that they want the midterm grades, however, I wanted to know if the first quarter grades could have some positive impact in my application.

More info about them - I finished freshmen year with an unweighted GPA of 92 out of 100. Sophomore year I got a 93 and Junior year I got a 94. This quarter I got 97+ (between 97 and 98, don't know the exact decimals). Also, I am not an English native speaker (as in, I moved to the U.S. 4 years ago), but have been taking advance English classes (honors/AP) during high school. My grades have been descending as the classes became more difficult (A-, B+, B). Now this year, I have an A-, so I thought that it might show that I am working even harder (which I am) in this challenging subject.

Thanks for the help!

Sure, send them in and we’ll add them to your folder.
