Hi I am wondering if senior grades affect my chances of scholarships/aids.
I already got into college that doesnt look at senior grades carefully,
so I want to just relax and chill . But, then I need some scholarships

How important are senior grades? Can I just use my GPA uptil my junior year?

Unfortunately, the old tradition of taking it easy your senior year is dead, at least for the first semester. You will still need to keep your grades up if you intend to apply for merit scholarships. Also, some scholarships will require recommendations and you may need your senior teachers on your side.

If you are awarded a scholarships that has a GPA requirement it would probably be provisional on you maintaining that GPA. The scholarship paperwork would tell you the requirements. It is possible for a scholarship offer to be rescinded if your GPA on your final transcript does not meet the stated requirement.
