Senior In Distress!

Hi, I have just sent in my applications to several colleges. I am skeptical because of my high school history. Read on please:

Freshman GPA: 2.3
Sophomore GPA: 3.5
Junior GPA: 3.91
Senior GPA: 5.0
Cumulative: 3.67
Class rank: 86/458
SAT I: 1430: 700 M, 730 V
SAT II:
Spanish: 700
Physics: 730
Chemistry: 720
Biology: 710
Literature: 740

EC's were very poor.
Basically, the last 2 years I did some.
Tennis both years.
Key club Senior year.
Soccer Senior year.
750 Hours Community Service

Good recommendations from some AP teachers.
Good essay.

Here's a little background info:
Freshman year, I was totally lost. I had no interest whatsoever in school.
Sophomore year I had a resolution to keep A/B grades.
Junior year I had to adjust to a new school, and I started community service and tennis, and maintained a 4.0 for the year.
Senior year, I took my first and only AP classes, which include: (5.0 BTW)
AP Chemistry
AP Biology
AP Physics
AP Spanish
AP Literature
Honors Pre Calculus
Most rigorous workload Senior year.

What would my chances be for:
Washington University
Missouri University- Either of the 4 schools
University of Cincinnati
Stanford

I plan to do either Aerospace or Chemical Engineering as my major.

Help please...

Stanford is an extreme reach, but I think you have a good shot at all the others.

I agree with strawberrymegz .
