senior in florida to GA Tech, chances plz

Hi i would like to know what my chance is to get into GA tech

im currently a senior in high school located in fl and would like to go to GA

here is my description

Korean
5.4 weighted gpa (following FL grade, A=4, B=3 etc, ap course is .08 add and honors is .04)
3.7ish unweighted
my junior and senior year is full of ap classes and i have mostly A's and some B's in my gpa (in fl we are not allowed to hav ap courses in soph or freshman yr...yea gay i no)

rank top 2% (number 14)

ACT: im shooting for 29-30

president of Beta, treasurer of NHS, have 100hr of community service, and two different clubs with 4 yr of attendance (mu alpha theta, rocket club) and currently in two other clubs with 2 yr attendance ( engineer and something else)

so...wat is my chance of getting into GA tech?

do u think i could go for MIT also...lol yea i no kinda far-fetch dream but yea

wish to major as engineer

thx for ur help

also if someone here is an actual employe of a college admission office and knows there stuff plz say so, cause i want my self-esteem raised lol j/k

p.s sorry for horrible grammar, not usually like this but im in a hurry

I'd say you're probably in, but UF is pretty good and you probably don't wanna pay that much for a only slightly better school. These AP rules aren't Florida-wide, just your school. If 14 is top 2%, I'd guess you're at a big school? Cypress Bay or Stoneman Douglass or something?

thx for input finally some1 reply lol.
well for GA the extra credits from ap course is weighed differently so i just kinda assumed every state is different, since colleges recaliburate ur gpa anyway.

well uf is my fallback, and is the number one party school in US. but GA ranks in the top three for aerospace and mechanical engineering, both of which i want to graduate in one of those fields.

actually go to alonso high
we have 572 seniors (biggest to graduate ) and the second or first largest school in my county lol

UF is a huge party school, but it's still fantastic academically, and the biggest bargain in higher education. Tech, while a great school as well, is not worth out of state tuition over UF in state tuition.

bump.......
