HEY :D! I currently am a senior in southern california, and find environmental studies, and anything concerning botany intriguing. I am interested in permaculture, environmental horticulture, landscaping, restoration ecology, sustainable agriculture, and other stuff like that. I get A's and B's, have an alright amount of extracurriculars (write for school's newspaper, but never had a job), and got a 1660 :( on the SAT( which I plan to retake and take ACT soon). I'm liking UC Santa Cruz, UC Davis, Colorado State University, and CU Boulder. Does anyone know of any good environmental studies/botany schools that I could qualify for? I'm down to go anywhere in the U.S.

Looks like you have a few good ones already but here are a few more =]

Humboldt State has the best botany program in California and would be a match.

This is a little late, but I can also vouch for Humboldt State. I’m a Botany minor, Wildlife Biology major, and couldn’t be happier with the school.
