I am in my senior year in my High School in Pakistan and have applied to several US universities. I missed two of my mid year exams as I had fever and was not allowed in the school premises due to the Covid-19 Policy. Because of this, I have been marked absent on my transcript which I fear will have a bad impact on my chances of an acceptance. I’m really worried. What should I do?
Are you able to retake the mid year exams when you are feeling better?
No one in the US is going to penalize you for missing exams because you were sick.
If there are no make up dates, have your school guidance counselor or principal explain the situation.
