Hey, everyone!

I'm currently in my Junior year of high school and I'm beginning to seriously look at colleges, especially the six Senior Military Colleges (Virginia Tech, VMI, North Georgia, The Citadel, Norwich, and Texas A&M). I'm wondering what my chances are at getting admitted to any of them with my current scores and numbers. I still another semester of this year and part of my Senior year, but, nevertheless this is what I have so far...

Freshman Year GPA: 3.286

Sophomore Year GPA: 3.357

First Semester Junior Year: 4.0

Overall weighted GPA thus far: 3.479

ACT Score (Retaking in April): 27

PSAT/NMSQT Score: 198

I have yet to take the SAT, but I'm registering for the next test date. This year I'm in AP U.S. History, AP Psychology, English III Honors, and International Relations Honors. My grades in math worry me a bit (I consistently get C's in the subject), but my other grdes have shown a consistent trend of improvement. How much does improvement matter to colleges? I had a respectable good GPA jump from my Sophomore year to my Junior year, and I'm hoping to replicate the phenomenon between now and my Senior year.

Other points:

-I'd be a first-generation college student.

-I don't live in Texas, so I'm particularly curious about my chances of getting into A&M, especially with the 10% rule and all.

I know this is a fairly non-specific question, but thanks in advance to any and all who respond! I've been thinking to the point of obsession lately and your opinions are greatly valued.
