Senior Needs Some Real Help!

I'm having trouble picking schools that will fit my needs and are realistic for me to get into. Its getting into that crunch time and I'm getting stressed!

I am interested in the sciences (chem, bio and physics) and engineering. I want to go into research later in life. I would love to do some kind of biomedical engineering, or biological engineering.

I am also interested in environmentalism (conservation and sustainability).

Location is important to me! I don't want the campus to make the town. The social scene is also a determining factor to me.

Obviously, I'd like it to be a research oriented university with high academic prestige...

I think I have the stats to get into pretty good schools (check the chance thread I posted).

Some of the schools I am already considering:

Johns Hopkins

Princeton

Yale

Duke

UNC Chapel Hill (Morehead Cain)

NC State

Maybe University of Toronto?

Thanks!

If you are going to think about Canada you might consider McGill which is supposed to be a great science school. What about Michigan? It seems like you could use something a little less selective than Duke between it and UNC.

What can your family afford? Do you need FA?

What are your stats?

How much will your parents pay each year?
