Anyone else have to do this abomination?

OMG I HATE IT.

Seriously though, it’s just a portfolio which is actually pretty easy, and then we present it. Piece of cake. But a big waste of my time. I’d rather spend my time studying for the AP tests than perfecting my portfolio.

**** that ****.

That’s all I have to say.

I neither comprehend the thing you are asking, nor do I wish to comprehend it.

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Don’t remind me of that hellish thing. Just let me have my damn senioritis would ya!

But ya, we have to do the government policy version. I stuck with district school lunch policy. Between the annotated bibliography, nearly 15 page paper, powerpoint, presentation, reference page, etc. I am so sick of that stupid thing. I just want to BURN it! ARGH!

Guys, that sounds awful. What happens if you don’t do it?

Twenty hours of community service, fifteen page paper, and a project. Don’t have the community service or project done yet and it’s due by the end of the month.
enfieldacademy-- I don’t know about other schools, but at mine if you don’t complete it then you aren’t allowed to graduate.

A lot of public schools require culminating / senior projects. I know some schools where if you write the IB paper, you don’t have to do the culminating project. For private schools in my area, no senior project and no HSPFLSJFKJ or whatever the new ‘WASL’ standardized test for Washington sophomores is… because students had to take a standardized test to get into private schools.

However, private schools have their own senior thesis, junior project, etc etc.

ick, i’m glad i don’t have to do one. Are senior projects for a single class or are they just a graduation requirement?

It’s a grad requirement, unless your in Running start. Senior year would have been soooo much easier without it.
