Senior - retaking Oct. SAT I or IIs first?

Hi, I am a rising senior.
I took my SAT I in Jan. 2011 and got :
CR: 670
Math: 760 (-1 wrong)
Writing: 750 (-1 wrong + 8 on essay)
=2180. Now, having gotten an 8 on the essay and a horrible math curve, I lost an easy 90 points.
Here are my June SAT II scores:
Math II: 770
Physics: 710

I'm leaning towards the engineering route and will ED to a school (undecided). As of now, I want to retake both SATs but am not sure which one I should retake first in October. Say for example that the school I ED to will not accept Nov. SAT scores - then which SAT is more important for me to score higher on?

My physics score isn't looking great for someone who wants to do engineering, but I'm almost positive I'll get 2200+ after superscoring my SAT I scores.

Thanks!

It really depends what schools you are considering. Can you give an idea?

im looking at duke, brown, swarthmore, stanford, berkeley

omo i understand the jan sat math curve was brutal. i am actually wondering the same question. i think since you’re doing engineering and you’ve already got physics and math down, SAT reasoning should be first and then II’s after. Despite that II’s more accurately test your knowledge of material, i’ve heard countless times that reasoning is more important. justtt my one cent :)

oh i just read you wanted to retake the II’s too. i still think reasoning is weight-ier. but just go with what you’re most prepared for after the summer

the thing is a 710 in physics probably needs to be retaken…
