Senior Schedule Dilemma

I'm really stuck as to what to do with my senior schedule. Currently I will be taking honors Physics, AP Literature, AP Psychology, AP Spanish, FPS (not important if you don't know it), Concert Band, and a semester course at Yale (i live in CT). AP Environmental Science is the issue here, I don't know whether or not to take it. Without APES I would have 7 total classes for my senior year, whereas I took 9 classes my junior year (although one was gym).

My concern is that colleges might think I'm slacking off because of the fewer classes, even though my senior year would have 3 AP's and a Yale class. Should I take AP Environmental Science? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

take AP physics

I wouldn't bother with it. It's sort of a BS class that won't really add much to your application. 7 classes is more than enough.

if you enjoy apes then sure....but you're really not taking the class to prepare for the test. everyone on cc says the test is one of the easiest ap's, you can get a 5 by studying for 1 day.
so depends on if you're interested or not. i don't think the colleges will think you're slacking off, but they do however have a better impression of you if you take like 20 ap's or smth, so yeah.

i'm taking 5 classes out of a potential 8 at my school, 4 of which are aps. i feel that i have earned a break from 7 classes all three years =)

Most colleges do not give credit for APES

There may be local pressure for you to do it. Do not succumb to this.
If you an environmental kind of person who is goingto write essays
on saving the environment for the colleges it might make a difference.

Thanks to everyone for the advice! I really appreciate it. I was leaning towards not taking it and I think I'm going to stick with this decision, 3 AP's junior year and 3 AP's senior year is going to be quite enough for me.
