Senior schedule help!!

Here's some background info:
Took hardest possible schedules school offered 9th-11th (all Honors/AP and no lunch)
Scheduling a lunch senior year because im a normal human and tortured myself enough so I have to take one less class
Planning to major in business or economics but recently took intro comp sci courses and I kinda liked it (sometimes I loved it, sometimes I hated it...not totally hooked yet)
Top choices for college are Emory, UMich (OOS), Northwestern
3.8 GPA UW

kk here are my options:
Calc AB or BC: I'm leaning towards BC because I'm planning on going into economics and even if I choose to take Calc I in college I'll have a solid base and will ace the class and have an easy A first semester which is nice

AP Enviro or AP Bio: Bio is super hard at my school but with my favorite teacher who I've had for research. We hang out afterschool and stuff but he's one of the hardest teachers in the school and I doubt I can get higher than an 85 (and that would be by killing myself in bio) and enviro is super easy and an easy A but doesnt look that good on an application...but i've taken college meteorology (dual-enrolled) and I'm interested so it shows continuation

Micro/Macro AP or AP Gov: Econ is also super hard at my school because it's micro and macro and Gov is a joke. My parents want me to take gov because they're afraid i'll do bad in econ and ruin my half-year GPA. I feel that I'm obligated to take econ because I plan on majoring in it because I can't enter business school at Emory or UMich until junior or sophomore year respectively and NU doesnt even have undergrad business school! Is it necessary to take it?!

AP Comp sci or Italian IV: it would be my 4th year of Italian but I hate it and don't plan on continuing it in college. Comp sci is fun but idk if I want to continue it either. Basically, is it imperative to have a language all 4 years especially because I'm not taking AP level

sorry about length xx

Calc BC, AP Micro/Macro, and AP Comp Sci. I’m not sure about AP Environmental or AP Bio. (i would say go with the one you would enjoy more)
