Senior Schedule (Should I include a foreign language or not?)

Hi Everybody,
I plan on applying to a variety of schools (Tufts, WPI, Johns Hopkins to name a few). I plan on majoring in engineering, and I am working on my senior schedule. I have the opportunity to take AP Spanish, but I am stretching myself thin already with AP Chem, AP Calc BC, AP Economics, Honors Physics, Honors English, and Theology. I feel that taking the Spanish class will be a waste because I am not actually interested in it. I have also heard that colleges like seeing four years of a foreign language. Thoughts?

If you’ve already had 3 years of Spanish, I think you should be fine. Don’t take the class if you aren’t interested because you wont do well.
