So I'm about to be a senior, Go Class of '11!!!! We just signed up for classes and this is what I chose:
1.) AP Physics
2.) Physics Lab
3.) AP Macroeconomics
4.) AP Psychology
5.) AP Govt.
6.) AP Lit & Comp
7.) AP Calc AB

However, I don't know if Psych will marr my applications. Should I go for CISCO I & II, which is a computer hardware & networking course, or stick with AP Pysch? I suppose that I could possible take APES as well, but that class isn't one that impresses colleges.

I'm in a bit of a pickle, any advice?

:) Responses Appreciated!!!

Don’t you get accepted by end of first semester? A lot of my friends already got letters and stuff a while ago

You don’t have to take the most rigorous courseload if you’re already accepted, just don’t blow it off

Surely that courseload is rigorous enough for any college in the nation. I do not think AP Psych will damage your application. If it interests you, then take it.

As of right now he/she is still a junior, I think.

I am in the same situation with AP Psych…it will be my easiest class. That will not marr your application but just highlight how tough it really is.

My senior schedule:
AP Calc BC
AP Psych
AP English Lang & Comp
AP Physics
AP Chem
AP US Government and Politics

What is the difference between AP Physics and Physics Lab? Isn’t that redundant?

To take either AP Chem, AP Physics, or AP Bio we need to include a lab course. In our county AP sciences need a lab attached with it, it’s weighted so it’s not bad, we do notes during class and application during lab. I would have taken AP Chem but I just didn’t have enough room for 2 lab courses in my schedule.
