So this is my first ever post on CC! (but of course I've been a long time "viewer") I wasn't sure where to post this, so if it's in the wrong place someone just tell me and I'll move it :)

I was wondering if anyone could give me opinions on my senior year schdule with emphasis on how you think the Yale admissions team would view it. I know the due date is way past but my counselor said I could change it still. I have two "flavors" with little changes to both.

The first is:
IB Biology III
IB Spanish V
IB Math Studies II
AP English IV
AP US Government
AP Calculus AB
AP Economics
Chamber Orchestra

And the other:
IB Biology III
IB Spanish V
AP English IV
AP Calculus AB
AP European History
AP Chemistry
Chamber Orchestra

I really like the sciences so that's where AP Chem came from. However, it takes up two blocks (that could be filled with two other AP courses that would look more "rigorous") and it is one of the most difficult courses at my school. I also don't really like history (again, science person) but I feel like European looks better than Gov't even though at my school Gov't is know to be just as hard.

I don't shy away from a challenging schedule but I do want to have a life senior year :) might not be possible haha.

Again, if this is in the wrong place just tell me and I'll move it.
