<p>I was wondering have you guys ever seen seniors taking/retaking SAT I/II in January?? Do colleges even look at this?? I would think it is wayyy too late that colleges may even look down on it...hmm</p>
<p>Curious b/c I am starting to think of retaking an SAT II?? doubt it but maybe. Let me know any thoughts!!! :)</p>

most colleges specify in their admission policies that they do accept
January scores. :)</p>

<p>Dude relax. If it says that they take January scores they take January scores. No it is not looked upon as late... why would they? If you're not happy with your scores you should retake, otherwise relax. Whatever you do, it will not be looked down upon. I am also retaking in January and I am applying to some very competitive schools.</p>

<p>I do not retake, I take Writing (required third exam) for the first time, so it's the deal of decicion.</p>

<p>No problem, ilovecollege- yeah it's a crazy forum with lots of insanely smart people, but don't let yourself get bogged down... SATs aren't everything! (Although unfortunately it seems like it sometimes)</p>

<p>Yes. It's like the "last minute" testing for Regular Decision applicants, just like November is for Early Decision/Action applicants. I don't think it's wise to take it though, unless you know you can improve your scores.</p>
