<p>I did one for honors in Applied Mathematics. For the math department, they want it to be a separate paper than whatever deliverable you produce for the class, but it could be based upon that research.</p>
<p>Oh I see. I’m actually a pure math major, but am not in the honors program. I recently decided though that I want to pursue a graduate degree so I want to try a thesis to have a better idea of what are I want to do. Plus, it sounds like fun</p>
