kick53rv3: You're going to Cal for Senior weekend and going to UCLA in the Fall?? Nice... I hope I am hosting you...

NEVERMIND...'o'...i found it in the recycling bin

wow, i was so desperate that i went that far to find that damn paper!!!
...and i used to make so much fun of the movies where u see people desperately looking for some paper in the trash can...guess payback is a
b#tch huh...>o<

anyway, im still going to cal for senior weekend

Which group will you guys be with? I will hosted by PASS.

CA2006: well im still kinda deciding on that, my parents is strongly encouraging me to go to Cal since it is number 1 public in the country(i think they are just trying to use it to show off to family friends) and they are hoping this trip will change my mind on leaning toward UCLA, but first of all I like the socal weather and everything, secondly I got in for spring 08 which I didn't like since its like a step below everyone and I don't even get to start college(which im looking forward to) until january...

well i'm going to be hosted by the RAZA recruitment

kick53rv3, well i agree that u might be leaning towards ucla since ull start cal in spring but how about fall program for freshmen???????? u would start college just like the rest of us ... dont waste this opportunity, cal is worth it. after all, IT IS THE "PUBLIC IVY"

LOL XP

according to newsweek, UCLA is one of 25 new ivies

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14325172/

University of California, Los Angeles
Los Angeles, Calif.
UCLA this past year received a record 47,307 applications; 12,221 got in. Location, moderate cost for California residents and lots of course choices are big selling points, says Vu Tran, director of undergraduate admissions. The College of Letters and Sciences represents about 80 percent of undergrad programs, with the rest in the schools of engineering and applied science, arts and architecture, and theater, film and TV. The most popular major is biology or biology-related majors like biochemistry, followed by psychology and political science. Because UCLA is a public university, most students are from California, but 10 percent of this fall's freshmen are from out of state and 3 percent are from abroad. Major building projects include theaters, studios, the California Nanosystems Institute and enough dorm space so that students can live on campus all four years.

still Berkeley is WAY BETTER than ucla
no matter what some people say, the golden bears are at another level

and to clarify my last comment,

CAL IS THE " #1 PUBLIC IVY", period.

well im leaning toward UCLA after I saw its nice campus and since i live in socal it would be closer to home but thats why im going to cal day to see if the campus at berekeley is nice or no...

I was admitted for the Senior Weekend Program. I found out a week ago.
