Senior Year 1st Semester Grades - Does UT Care?

Hello all! This might just be because I am terribly nervous about my whole UT situation, but I was wondering if UT takes first semester senior grades into account. Right now my grades are decent but not great, and I was wondering if these grades would negatively effect my chances of getting into UT.

**Here's some past info about me./B

Unweighted GPA-3.43

Weighted GPA- around 3.5

SAT single sitting- 620 reading, 800 math, 730 writing-2150 Composite

SAT superscore- 670 reading, 800 math, 730 writing-2200 Composite

ACT- 34 math, 35 writing, 35 reading, 35 science- 35 Composite

Class Rank-School doesnt rank but if I had to guess I would say definitely top quarter, possibly top 10 percent

ECs are pretty weak, During baseball season in my town I umpire the little league baseball games (past 2 years), also was a counselor in training for a summer camp for a year

Jobs- work over the summer at a screen-printing business, past 3 years.

And my grades for this semester (not finished yet)

AP Calculus - C
AP Physics - B+ or A- (hopefully an A by the end of the semester)
English - A
AP Art History - B+ (should be an A by the end of the semester)
Economics - A

So I have a few questions.

Will UT request my grades at the end of the semester?

If I get waitlisted will they use these grades to judge me?

Should I just stop worrying about this semester, or should I try and raise the grades?

Any other info on this subject would be appreciated, and sorry for the long post, as I said before I am really nervous!

No

Yes

I’d stop worrying as you have already good enough stats for an OOS.

Thanks for the answer! Any other help is appreciated.
