Senior Year Classes- Science Question

My daughter has her course selection shortly and I thought we were settled. However I have seen mention quite a few times this week about the importance of Physics.

She plans to apply to direct admit nursing programs and has the following-

9th grade: Honors Physical Science
10th grade: Honors Bio and Honors Chem
11th grade: AP Bio
12th grade…plan was Advanced Anatomy & Physiology which is super rigorous. (This with AP Bio meets the requirement for IB HL)

Knowing her intention is nursing do you agree with this choice?

Other seniors classes (if it matters)
AP Gov
AP Calc AB
CP Stats (1 semester)
H English
Gym (1 semester)
Virtual Intro to Nursing 1 and 2 (they have to have a class period for this)

Lots of colleges like to see students take a Chem course, a Physics course, and a Bio course throughout their high school career. That being said, it is not a necessity and a course like Anatomy & Physiology which fits more into a nursing curriculum will also be valued by AOs. With the research I’ve done into colleges and what courses to take, I would assume her senior year schedule is great but if you wanted to throw Physics in there you could put it in instead of CP Stats and Gym.
