Senior Year Classes?

I am currently a rising senior who has yet to finalize their classes for the upcoming year and I need your help.

To start off with laying some foundation: my school does not participate in the IB program, thus does not offer any IB courses and does not offer AP HUG, CS, ES, WH, Physics C, Comparative Gov, Japanese, German, French, Italian, and Latin, also, for this year, it doesn’t offer Physics 1. There are no more honors classes after sophomore year.
Every year, I have taken 3 AP/H classes as well as 2 semesters of summer school for advancement at my school, leading up to about a 4.5 W GPA. I would like to maintain that. I hope to attend a top-tier UC (SD,LA,B) and major in a life science or psychology. My school is not competitive, if at all.
So far, I have taken AP Chem, Bio, English Lang, Calc AB, and self-studied ES. In addition, I have taken 2 semesters of USH, 1 semester of second-year Spanish, 1 semester of Psych, and 1 semester of US Gov at my local community college (and all are UC-transferrable).

Now for the classes that I HAVE finalized:

  1. AP English Lit
  2. AP Calc BC
  3. Engineering Team (extra-curricular, non-academic)
  4. ASB (extra-curricular, non-academic)
  5. Free Period, possibly sport.

These are my possibilities: AP Macro/Micro Econ, AP Stats, or T.A. I don’t favor one over another and am willing to take any, just whatever makes my schedule more rigorous (and impressive!) but feasible to maintain good grades (B+ and higher).
Other possibilities that I don’t favor too much for the following reasons: AP Euro (class composed entirely of sophomores), AP Psych (find a bit redundant since I already took it at community college), AP Gov (same reason as AP Psych), and AP Physics 2 (didn’t take Physics 1).

So, what should I take? Would it be bad if I T.A.-ed despite the fact I took classes at my local community college?

AP Stats or AP Macro/Micro Econ.

I am biased so I am going to say Econ but Stats is also a good option. I would also recommend Euro but that is probably something that you can do at the CC.

You are lacking AP Social Studies courses. I’d definitely say go with AP Macro/Micro. You already have enough AP math/science classes.
