Cal Poly wouldn’t because all public schools in CA use only 10 and 11 in the GPA calculation.they may still consider the grades, however.
At Purdue, 1 semester long courses would probably be calculated in. Normally RD apps go in only a bit before 1st semester grades.
Rescinding is usually a 2nd semester grades thing, since 1st semester were probably seen during the admission process.
