So, I just received my first semester grade for senior year, and I ended up doing really really really well because I studied my butt off and improved my study habits. This first semester gpa is a lot higher compared to what I got previous years and would significantly boost my avg gpa. Is there any way for me to somehow show the colleges that I have already applied to my improvement in grades? I do know that because decisions don't come out till late March/early April, they probably still have time to look at these sorts of things right? The thing is my guidance counselor, the one who turns in the school reports, won't actually turn in my senior year first semester grades until much later. So do I call them up? email them a letter?

Your GC will send an updated transcript to colleges when the grades are available.
