Senior year grades and "unacceptance

Hi guys,
Admitted to BC class of 2020.
I’m a straight A student, but I have a C in AP Lit right now.
I’m trying to pull it up, but it’s because of one assignment and I don’t know how flexible my teacher will be.
Do I risk chance of “unacceptance”?
Thanks for any help.

You should be fine. I was in a similar situation as you in high school…if I remember correctly, I got a low C in Calc BC second semester, and no one at BC contacted me. If you have been getting all As so far, that one C shouldn’t make a huge dent in your overall GPA. If you maintain your grades in your other classes, you have nothing to worry about!

If your school puts semester grades on your transcripts then the college will never see the C if it is a quarter grade and you have higher than a C for the other quarter that it is averaged with.

One C won’t result in a rescission, but I urge you to pick it up, so you can ace the AP test.

Good luck.

Okay, I hope so. Thanks!

We actually do semesters, so the school would just be seeing my final grade (I actually still have around two months to try to pick it up).
Thanks for the info.

What about two C’s? What are your thoughts?
I think I can probably pull up my lit grade to a B, but I just took a calculus test today and I think I did terribly… I feel terrible, and I’m starting to break down even though I know I have a month to pick up my grades.
Worst case scenario, I think it would be two C’s. Do you think they’ll revoke my admission?
Sorry for so many questions… I’m just really, really scared. Thanks for any help.
