Hi guys so I really haven’t posted anything before but I just took midterms and realized I will have 3 bs for midyear grades an 89, 87 and 84 they are all in hard honors or AP classes but I just don’t know how colleges will look at them. I love the school Lafayette college in Pennsylvania but it requires midyear grades and I’m scared they won’t see me as capable enough. My class rank is top ten percent and my gpa is 4.3 W and like a 3.4/3.5 UW My ACT score is a 31 and i’m not sending my SAT score I go to a fairly competitive public school in CT and I interviewed at Lafayette and I think it went really well I’m not super worried about my extracurriculars and my gpa can be somewhat explained. However I know that this is a really competitive school will my senior year grades seriously affect my chances of admission?
Most of your scores and other info make Lafayette not an impossible reach by any means, so definitely worth applying there.

That won’t kill you it’s fine. The real question is why on earth would you want to go to Lafayette?! Jk it’s a good school but I’m going to Lehigh next year.
