My school is broken up into trimesters, and I understand that colleges will take into account my fall grades. However, our winter term does not end until late February. Will schools that I apply regular decision to (beginning of January) take into account my winter term grades from my senior year, or just the very beginning (i.e. just the fall term)?
Depends on the school. The more selectives will require updates from your GC. Most schools, however, will just go with what you have already submitted.
Once accepted you will may be required to show you graduated.
I don’t think they’d care as long as you don’t fail any class. I mean except if you’re applying to prestigious schools like UC Santa Barbara.
FYI: @CaliforniaSoul: California UC’s do not consider Senior grades for admission purposes and UC’s do not request transcripts until you are accepted.
