Senior year requirements for life sciences

I live in the Dominican Republic and in my school i do not get to choose what courses to take, i have to take what the Ministry of Education states to be able to graduate. My school has organized this in a way that i do not take Biology in 12th grade, and due to this I was rejected at McMaster. Ill probably get rejected at UofT for this too. Will it be the case in McGill? In 12th grade my school offers chemistry and physics, is this enough? I took biology in 11th, 10th, and 9th grade.

The requirements say "at least two Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at a senior level".. but since im applying to Life Sciences im not sure.
