Senior Year Schedule - AP Human Geography vs Yearbook

Hey guys, so I am having a major dilemma. I am stuck between taking AP Human Geography (easy AP) or Yearbook (easy, fun non-AP). Now, while I know this may seem to be a no-brainer, I am really not interested in Human Geo. I can handle the rigor definitely, but I am not sure if it will help me. I’ve already taken/am taking 10 AP classes over high school (Euro, Bio, APES, Lang, APUSH, Psych, Gov, Chem, Calc AB, and Lit) and I don’t know if an extra AP will really help me that much. I have gotten fives on the first six of those AP classes. Now, the rationale behind yearbook is that it may make me seem more well-rounded and less flat, pure academic. However, I don’t know if Yearbook is really all that creative or too big of a departure from academics. It’s not like it’s music or art or sports. My extracurriculars so far include 3 years of Key Club, 4 years of Medical Club, 4 years of CSF, 2 years of Interact Club, 2 years of Web Design Club, and 1 year of Mock Trial. So, basically clubs. I am an officer in three of those clubs. My senior schedule goes like this:

AP Lit
AP Calc AB
AP Gov
AP Chem
Anatomy
AP Human Geo OR Yearbook

Do you think taking Yearbook is a good idea? There are pros and cons to both, but I just can’t make a decision. A few other kids in my grade are also taking 5 APs and I want to go to UC Berkeley or UCLA.

Thanks to everybody that helped me out and responded! Love you guys! I decided to do Human Geo instead of Yearbook, all because of College Confidential’s supportive and proactive community.

I would take yearbook. AP Human is generally considered easy and colleges don’t really grant credit for it.
