So far my schedule is:

Core Classes:
AP English 12 Literature and Composition
AP Calculus AB
AP Spanish Language
Physics Honors (turns out it is impossible for me to take AP Physics due to new teachers and schedule technicality despite my straight A+s in science classes throughout high school, so I'll just get my counselor to write schools I'm applying to a note about that.)

Electives:
Humanities (required semester long course)
Teaching Assistant (strongly recommended by our school to do as seniors; we even have a special program for it)

This leaves open a year of social studies and two semester long elective spots. What should I take to fill those slots to best prepare myself for college and impress admissions? I'm planning on majoring in the sciences, engineering and/or premed.

My choices in social studies:
AP US Government and Politics (semester long)
AP Macroeconomics (semester long)
AP Microeconomics (semester long and AP Macro is a pre-req)
AP Psychology (year long)

(I have already taken AP Euro and AP US, along with World History Honors)

My elective choices:
AP Statistics (year long)
AP Computer Science A (year long)

Thanks in advance.
